Everyday from 21:00. Placed in the very centre of the mythic neighbourhood of the Albaicin, it is one of the preferred clubs of the flamenco lovers. The descendants of well-known artists like Maria "La Canastera", "La Paca", or "El Chorrohumo" go here every night. After enjoying the magic of flamenco, one could visit the San Nicolas square in the Albaicin neighbourhood. There, one can see the beautiful landscape by sunset looking to the great Alhambra. You can find this flamenco tablao and restaurant in the area of Santo Domingo, from 21 till the early morning, with performances from 22:30. It closes on Sundays.
The main goal of the promoters is to open the flamenco to all publics through a mixture of roots and modernity. From 2000 pts for a drink with the right to see the show we can enjoy "Las Carboneras". The dancers Tacha, Ana Romero and Manuel Vega form this group, together with the guitarists Fernando de la Rúa and Edu Cortés and the singers Falo, Esaú Quirós and Ángel Gabarre, with the special performance of the dancers Manuel Liñán. Interesting club where you can see flamenco concerts as well as jazz. It has 3 floors with ambient flamenco music. It is a little bit hidden, because it is at the end of a narrow and slippery stair, which ends in a dark inner terrace.

Located in a privileged neighbourhood of Cordoba, it is without doubt one of the better dance academies in Spain. Many people have searched in vain for a place to learn flamenco untill they have reached this one. Antonio Alcazar and Marivi Palacios, two National Prize winners, guarantee the lessons quality. You will notice the human warmth from the very first moment. In the groups one can notice a really friendly atmosphere, and there are multiple activities and shows during the year to prove what one has learnt. Apart from flamenco, you have other possibilities, like Taichi, guitar or Salon dances.

Ciro, a key figure in the flamenco dance, gives here his lessons. Other dancers really recommended are María Magdalena -with lessons starting from the basic level-, Tomas de Madrid and Cristobal Reyes. In guitar, "El Entri" teaches accompaniment to dance and sing.

This small palace from the renaissance period (s.XVI) with morocco art signals is the place where the cultural university centre "Casa de Porras". In this magnificent place one can do many activities, from which we want to remark the one dedicated to the introduction to the flamenco guitar and dance. It usually takes 24 hours divided in 3 hours every week, once a week. The price is around 6.500 PTAs depending on the activity.
